This policy explains what information we collect when you visit www.cncpoolco.com or submit a project request, how we use that information, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to information we collect through this website, by phone, and during in-home consultations.
Information we collect
The categories of personal information we collect, and the sources of that information, are:
- Identifiers and contact information, your name, phone number, email address, and city. You provide this when you submit our quote form or contact us directly.
- Project details, the type of project (new construction, remodel, spa) and any details you choose to share about your lot, features, budget, or timing.
- Internet activity. IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and pages viewed. Collected automatically by our hosting provider as part of standard server logs.
- Cookies and similar technologies, see the Cookies section below.
We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, financial-account numbers, geolocation coordinates, biometric information, or any other category of “sensitive personal information” as defined by the CPRA.
How we use your information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your inquiry and schedule consultations
- Prepare and deliver written estimates
- Communicate with you during a project we are engaged to build
- Maintain the security and reliability of this website
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
- Improve our services based on aggregated, non-identifying patterns
We do not use your information for cross-context behavioral advertising, profiling for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, or any purpose unrelated to delivering pool-construction services to you.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to be texted, you will receive conversational and informational messages: project-related updates, appointment reminders, and customer support messages. Message frequency varies. On average, 10-20 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
Message types:
- Conversational, two-way replies between you and our staff about your project.
- Informational, appointment confirmations, crew arrival windows, inspection scheduling, and milestone updates.
We ask for your permission on our quote form or in writing, and we record when and how you gave it.
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described elsewhere in this policy: we will not share your opt-in to text messages with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing the messages themselves, and mobile numbers and messaging consent are never passed to lender partners or anyone else for marketing.
We may share your mobile number and consent status with the vendors who help us deliver text messages, such as our messaging platform and the phone carriers, strictly to the extent needed to send the messages you asked for. Those vendors are contractually limited to acting on our behalf.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also call and ask to be removed. Opting out of texts does not affect your project or any other way we communicatewith you. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. On average, 10-20 messages per month. Our SMS terms cover the details.

We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy:

- Tax, accounting, and legal records: as required by California and federal law (typically 7 years)
- Server logs: 30–90 days
