What you should expect

From any builder you talk to.

The four things below are what every homeowner should expect from a pool builder. We meet them, and so should anyone else you're considering.

Two pairs of hands at a kitchen table. A homeowner holding a coffee cup, a contractor holding a pencil over a hand-drawn pool plan on cream paper, with material sample chips, a tablet showing a 2D pool design, and open notebooks between them. Faces not in frame.
From the owners
We’re tired of watching homeowners get treated like an inconvenience.

With over fifty years in this trade between us, we’ve seen which corners get cut when no one’s looking — and we refuse to cut them.

We answer our own phones. Your deposit doesn’t make us disappear. And we stand behind every pool we build.

What you can demand

Four things you should be able to expect.

Most builders make you sit through a sales pitch before they’ll talk schedule, warranty, or what’s realistic for your lot. The four below are what any builder should put up front. If something doesn't match when we talk, call us on it.

01
Direct answers

Plain answers, before any pitch.

You should get real answers to your real questions: about your lot, your soil, what's realistic for your budget, where to spend and where to save. No "sign today and I'll knock 5% off." If your project isn't a good fit for us, we'll tell you that too.

02
A schedule you can hold to

A documented 8-phase build, averaging 12–16 weeks.

You'll know what's happening when. Design and permits, demo and dig, steel and plumbing, shotcrete, tile and coping, decking, equipment, plaster and startup. You get the full schedule at signing and weekly updates. Hillsides or tough HOAs can stretch permitting, but you'll know it upfront.

Answers for your city

Real answers about your area, not boilerplate.

Every IE city is different. Riverside clay soil, Corona HOA timelines, Highland hills that need extra engineering. We know the local quirks so you don't get surprised.

Coverage you can read

Three real layers of coverage, no fine print.

We back the shell (shotcrete, bond beam, rebar) for as long as you own the pool. We run Pentair on everything important so the whole equipment pad gets a solid 3-year manufacturer warranty. The rest falls under the standard 1-year California contractor workmanship warranty. What's not covered is spelled out clearly on the warranty page.

What most builders do, and what we do instead.

We looked at how dozens of Inland Empire pool builders run projects. These are the patterns we kept seeing, and where we made a different choice.

    Vague package prices.

    What we do

We give you a full line-by-line estimate so you see exactly where the money goes.

    Generic answers for every city.

    What we do

We give you real local details for your specific city.

  • What most builders do

    Call-center project manager.

    What we do

You get one of the owners on your project the whole way, and you'll have their direct cell.

  • What most builders do

    Mixed-brand equipment.

    What we do

We use Pentair on the critical stuff so you get better warranty coverage and easier service.

Finished Inland Empire backyard pool at dusk. Cobalt water lit by underwater LED, glass-mosaic waterline tile, mature olive trees and bougainvillea silhouetted against the rose-pink sky. A chemical test kit and a wine glass on the coping.

Who’s actually accountable if something goes wrong?
Frequently asked

Why we work the way we do.

Can I get a ballpark before we meet?

Yes. Our ballpark estimator gives you a working range. It uses the kind of pool you want, your lot, and the features you've got in mind. Enough to tell you if your idea fits your budget before we ever talk. The real estimate is itemized. We write it after we walk your lot together, and we build it for your specific yard.

Why does location matter so much for a pool build?

Every IE city is different. Riverside has clay soil. Corona has tight HOA timelines. Highland and Lake Elsinore have hillsides that need extra engineering. Each one changes how we engineer the basin, route the plumbing, and sequence the permits. We do the local homework up front, so the build fits the lot.

What does 'lifetime structural warranty' actually mean?

We stand behind the shell for as long as you own the pool. The shell is the shotcrete, the bond beam, and the steel that reinforces them. Most builders offer a lifetime structural warranty, so that's not where we're different. We're different because we only use Pentair, which means every build comes with a 3-year manufacturer warranty across the whole equipment set. Mixed-brand builds usually end up with shorter manufacturer defaults. We handle the Pentair claim paperwork for the full 3 years so you're not on hold with a pump company. The 1-year California contractor warranty covers the workmanship on top: plaster, tile, coping, deck, plumbing.

How do I know your timeline will hold?

You get the same 8-phase schedule at signing. 12 to 16 weeks on average. It calls out the local stuff: HOA submittal in Corona, hillside grading review in Highland, that kind of thing. We update you every week. If a phase slips, you'll hear it from us before you ask.

Who actually runs my project?

An owner is on your project from contract through final inspection. Call or text them directly whenever something comes up. We don't hand projects off to a sub-crew and disappear.
