Owner-operated.Lifetime structural warranty on every new build.
You meet one of the owners at the kitchen table. Same team stays on the project through final inspection. We pull the permits, run the structural engineering, hand off plans for HOA submittal, and stand behind the shell for as long as you own the pool.
What we build.
New construction, remodels of pools that still have decades in them, and custom spas. Same craftsmen, same finish standards on each.

What every homeowner should be able
to demand.
Schedules slip. Budgets creep. Calls go unreturned. The six below are how we keep that from happening on your job. We hold ourselves to every one of them, and we’d tell you to measure anyone else you’re considering by the same list.
- 01
An owner on your project
One of us is your direct contact the whole way. You'll have our cell, not a general voicemail.
- 02
An estimate you can read
Every line item broken out: materials, equipment, phases. No vague packages. Any change orders get priced before work starts.
- 03
A schedule you can trust
You get a clear milestone schedule at signing, updated weekly. If something slips, you'll hear it from us first.
- 04
You never pay ahead of work
Progress payments only for completed milestones. You never write a check for work that hasn't happened yet.
- 05
The detail starts before the dig
It shows in how we answer your questions. In every line of the estimate. Then in the build: shotcrete to spec, straight tile lines, coping joints that actually match. How we handle the early stuff tells you everything about the rest.
- 06
We own what we build
Things can go wrong sometimes. Once you sign, we own the project from layout to your first swim. If something's off, we fix it.
We’re tired of watching homeowners get treated like an inconvenience.

We’re a new company.
Real homeowner reviews land here as projects wrap. We won’t fill the wall with anything else in the meantime.

Riverside & the Inland Empire.
Every city below has its own page with the actual soil, permitting, and HOA details that matter for your build.

Corners we won’t cut.
Even when no one’s asking.
The questions you'll actually have.
How long does a pool take to build?
Most new builds run 12–16 weeks once we break ground. Permitting usually adds another 4–8 weeks. You'll get a clear schedule at signing and weekly updates.
How much does a custom pool cost?
Most of our projects land between $65,000 and $160,000, depending on size, finish, and site conditions. Size, shape, and features like spas, fire bowls, lighting, and automation all move the number, so we give you an itemized estimate in person, not a vague range. Financing is available.
Do you work on sloped or hillside lots?
Yes. We build on hillside lots all over the IE: Temecula, Lake Elsinore (Tuscany Hills), Chino Hills, Yucaipa, Highland foothills. Hillside builds need extra structural engineering, retaining walls, and a grading review. Our engineer handles that part.
Do I need to pay everything upfront?
No. We tie payments to construction milestones: a deposit at signing, then progress payments at excavation, shotcrete, deck completion, and plaster. You never pay ahead of completed work.
Can you work on my city or lot?
We serve pretty much all of Riverside and San Bernardino counties. If you're just outside the list, give us a call — we often take those projects, especially for referrals.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we hold an active California Contractors State License (C-53, Swimming Pool Contractor) and carry full general liability and workers' compensation insurance. License and insurance certificates are provided with every estimate.
What does the warranty actually cover?
We back the structural shell for as long as you own the pool. Pentair equipment gets 3 years, and workmanship is covered for the first year. Everything that's not covered is spelled out clearly.
Do you offer financing?
We're not a lender, but we'll walk you through real options once you have a solid estimate. You apply directly with the lender that fits you best.
Do you handle pool remodels, not just new builds?
Yes. We remodel existing pools: resurfacing, tile and coping replacement, equipment upgrades, deck repairs, saltwater conversions, and full gut-and-redesign renovations. See the Remodel page or start your project with a few photos of your current pool.
Will you help with HOA approval?
Yes. We hand you the engineered plans your HOA needs for its architectural review. You handle the submittal and timing with your HOA. We pull city permits in our name, schedule the inspections, and do the work.
Whose cell number do you actually have if something’s off at week six?
Walk us through it.
What you’re imagining, who lives there, what’s already working, what isn’t. An owner reads it and calls you back the same day with questions about your lot.
